Razera well-known manufacturer of gaming hardware, is expected to announce tomorrow its first smartphone known until now with the name of Razer Phone. After being leaked on GFXBench and in a real photo, the Android terminal is back in the spotlight again with a third concrete sighting.

In particular, the new information on the Razer Phone, which is added today, comes directly from the carrier 3UK and reveal that the aforementioned terminal could arrive in the United Kingdom exclusively with this telephone operator.

Razer Phone: 3UK confirms some technical characteristics of the gaming phone

According to some statements made by the telephone company, 3 e Razer have recently made several agreements that have confirmed the arrival of an exclusive device dedicated to gamers. Although the reference page of the Razer Phone it is no longer available, it can be considered quite reliable.

In particular, the terminal should propose a display from 5.72 in diagonal with IGZO technology, equipped with a wide color gamut and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. According to the GFXBench database, it should be a screen with a resolution of QHD + 2960 x 1440 pixels. This is the first commercial smartphone to offer this kind of display, not surprisingly dedicated to the gaming sector.

Really cool hardware features

The technical specifications always revealed by the screenshot are really interesting. From here stands out the presence of a double front speaker with THX certification and support for Dolby Atmos, 8 GB RAM memory e 64 GB internal storage. The alleged metallic design of the Razer Phone would house a battery from 4000 mAh with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0+ fast charging.

As for the graphics sector, the smartphone should offer a dual camera. In this case, we will find the same system adopted on the iPhone 7 and 8 Plus and on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with a main sensor from 12 mega-pixels with opening f / 1.75 and a secondary from 13 mega-pixels with 2x optical zoom and focal aperture. f / 2.6.

The Razer Phone, therefore, it promises to be a very interesting terminal with the right cards to challenge the latest Android flagships on the market. As for the SoC, GFXBench confirmed the presence of a processor octa-core Snapdragon 835 Qualcomm paired with the Adreno 540 GPU. At this point we just have to wait for the official presentation to find out the availability, prices and in which markets the Razer Phone will be officially launched.
