EVGA announces its RTX 2060 KO for only $299

It was rumored that the “RTX 2060 KO” would be a new GPU from NVIDIA to counter the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT but, finally, it is an EVGA model that is characterized by having a cheaper price than the models of RTX 2060 conventional, specifically we talk aboutand 299 dollars.

Although it is not an exclusive NVIDIA model, its reason for being is also explained by the arrival of the RX 5600 XT and possibly this EVGA RTX 2060 KO is the first of a series of graphics cards based on this GPU with a more adjusted price.

The EVGA RTX 2060 KO is based on an EVGA PCB design of just 21cm with a custom dual fan system complemented by a metal backplate on the rear for increased durability, strength and cooling capacity.

They install the complete Crysis 3 in the GDDR6X memory of an RTX 3090

Its speeds will be NVIDIA’s reference speeds for the RTX 2060, although EVGA is expected to release a slightly overclocked version that, although somewhat more expensive, will still be below the initial launch price of the RTX 2060.

This model offers only three video outputs, specifically we are talking about an HDMI port, a DisplayPort and an old DVI that could come in handy depending on which monitors are a few years old.
