Harry Potter at Home, the Hogwarths saga arrives on Spotify

A new initiative was recently announced added to Harry Potter at Home; a collection of free initiatives designed to entertain children and their families during this pandemic. Some stars of the entertainment world they will lend their voices to history much loved by the famous magician, through audio / video recordings, starting from the first book of the saga, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

Seven readers have been announced by the author of the saga, JK Rowling, along with Wizarding World, on Twitter. Daniel Radcliffe, Stephen Fry, David Beckham, Dakota Fanning, Claudia Kim, Noma Dumezweni and Eddie Redmayne are part of the cast of storytellers. Each of them will read a section of the book which deals with themes of friendship and courage, for families all over the world.

The face of the famous magician will kick off the reading, Daniel Radcliffe, who will read the first chapter “The boy Who Lived”. All seventeen chapters will be published until mid-summer weekly on www, harrypotterathome.com, with a free audio-only version on Spotify and Audible Stories.

Harry Potter at Home, what is the project about?

The Harry Potter at Home project is an initiative developed in response to this pandemic period from COVID-19 that we are experiencing all over the world. The initiative includes a license for teachers which allows them to post video readings about Harry Potter in different educational platforms.

The online site dedicated to the project provides information and activities for all fans of the saga. For those not used to this new format e prefers to read the digital version is available for free of the various books of the saga.
