We were already able to see and test it at MWC 2013, a new 8-inch format tablet, with the S-Pen stylus with special capabilities for taking notes, pressure detection, and even recognition without actually touching the screen, thanks to technology Air View, like digitizing tablets.
During today the company has revealed all its specifications, including its departure date in Spain, which will be from the 10th of this month, that is, tomorrow. The screen is 1280 x 800 pixels, behind we find a Exynos 4 processor, with quad cores at 1.6 GHz and 2 GB of RAM, all with 16 GB of internal memory, expandable up to 64 GB with microSD. The main camera is 5 megapixels, capable of recording video at 1080p and the front camera is 1.3 MP. It has dual band WiFi a/b/g/n support, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB 2.0.
A curious detail that reminds us of terminals from many years ago is the inclusion of an infrared emitter that will allow it to be used as a television control, a feature that we do not know if it will have much of a future today, where wireless connectivity via WiFi, with standards like DLNA and the like it is so widespread.
The price for the version with 3G is 529 Euros, while the version with only WiFi remains at 419 Euros.
