RISE with SAP and SOAR with Accenture will help companies with cloud-based transformation, including cloud infrastructure management, application management, and operations services.
The latest version of SAP Service Cloud includes new dynamic modeling and case management capabilities, as well as native integration with Qualtrics XM Discover and Microsoft Teams.
