Rumors: Sony Plotting ´Massive´ PS4 Black Friday Bundle at ´Competitive MSRP´´.
“I hope they don’t wrap Knack”
Black Friday is the biggest day of the year for North American retail, and Sony appears to be preparing some impressive PlayStation 4 deals for the shopping event. We’ve already seen some stores hint at bundles that include Grand Theft Auto V and The Last of Us Remastered – but according to PS4Daily, it’s got one more trick up its sleeve.
The post – citing a trusted source – claims that US stores have been notified of a “massive” next-gen package that is supposed to arrive in time for the holidays. The bundle will apparently include a 500GB console and three games from the first part – presumably inFAMOUS: Second Son, The Last of Us Remastered, and Killzone: Shadow Fall – for a “very competitive MSRP”.
Interestingly, the website also claims that the platform holder is lining up a 1TB SKU for launch this year, but we think that would have been announced by now had it been real. Either way, it’s clear that if you’re planning to buy a PS4 this Christmas, you might want to wait a couple of weeks to see how low the system is later in the month.
