PlayStation Store Sales Charts: Final Fantasy VII Remake Hits Top in US
April download charts for the PlayStation Store are in, and as usual, there are some notable differences between regions. Final Fantasy VII Remake is perhaps the most prominent new entry on both charts, but it placed higher in North America, debuting at number one. In Europe, Cloud’s return was the fourth of any PS4 title ever, with Grand Theft Auto V taking the top spot.
Resident Evil 3 also fared better in the US, where it landed in sixth place compared to 10th in Europe. Interestingly, Marvel’s Spider-Man has re-entered both charts, rising to 10th and 9th place in North America and Europe respectively.
Elsewhere, Blood & Truth once again topped the European PSVR charts, while Beat Saber continues its winning streak across the pond. However, when it came to free games, Call of Duty: Warzone dominated in both regions.
