In the Western world the most famous general diet is the Mediterranean one and for several reasons, one is certainly the rich tradition while the other is the positive health effects. Of course there are also other diets that can bring long lasting benefits, different diets for these environmental and cultural ones. An example is that Nordic which has very specific bases.
The Nordic diet in some ways does not differ much from ours, that is many vegetables with the presence of fish in moderate quantities with dairy products and eggs.
