News Final Fantasy 16 will not be in the TGS 2021, but the recording of the voices in English is almost finished
We’re all waiting for the next big update for Final Fantasy XVI, and it’s been that way for quite some time. Many predicted that the action RPG would finally appear during Square Enix’s E3 presentation, but it never happened. Also, some have always said that his return would be saved for Sony’s supposed summer event, but there is still no sign that this actually exists.
And now, producer Naoki Yoshida has said that Final Fantasy XVI will not be at Tokyo Game Show 2021, which will be held at the end of September. However, Yoshida has provided a small development update, commenting that the recording of the game’s English voiceovers is nearly complete. We assume that the project is progressing smoothly.
So Final Fantasy XVI will likely skip TGS 2021, but we’re still hoping for a bigger update before the year is out. If Sony really does plan to hold an event sometime in the next five months, then we could very well see the return of Final Fantasy XVI.
