MediaTek has introduced the new Dimensity 9000+ with a 3.2 GHz Cortex-X2 core and Mali-G710 GPU
MediaTek today announced its new top-of-the-range processor Dimension 9000+this time it has improved the current Dimensity 9000 by adding more power and efficiency for the next generation of mobile phones.
The MediaTek Dimension 9000+ It is manufactured with a 4 nanometer process and integrates the ARM V9 architecture. This 8-core processor is divided into a Cortex-X2 core working up to 3.2GHz vs. 3.05 GHz for the Dimensity 9000. It also includes 3 high-performance Cortex-A710 cores and 4 high-efficiency Cortex-A510 cores. With this you get 5% more performance than the Dimensity 9000. It also includes a Arm Mali-G710 MC10 What does it offer? up to 10% more performance than the Dimension 9000.
This new processor includes the fifth generation MediaTek processing unit (APU 590) to improve AI power with low consumption. also supports LPDDR5X memory with an L3 cache of up to 8MB. New has been included ISP MediaTek Imagiq 790 able to manage up to 320MP and simultaneous video recording with 3 cameras. The 5G 3GPP V16 modem capable of amplifying performance below 6 GHz up to 7 Gbps. MediaTek MiraVision 790 managing screens WQHD+ at 144Hz and FHD+ at 180Hz and WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
These new MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ are expected to be available on mobile phones for third trimester of 2022.
