Elon Musk buys Twitter for $44 billion

Twitter’s attempts to prevent the eccentric billionaire Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, from taking control of the popular social network have been useless. The tycoon owner of Tesla took over 9.2% of the company’s shares to later show his intentions to buy the entire company.
