The story of Oppo it is very simple, that is that of a Chinese company producing smartphones that in recent years has been able to conquer an important slice of users in Chinese territories but not only. With about 50 million devices sold in 2015, during the first quarter of 2016 began a “battle” to enter the Top 3 of the major smartphone manufacturers in China.

The resounding success achieved last year by Oppo R7 and Oppo R7 Plussuccessors were launched Oppo R9 and R9 Plus, with the intention of repeating the result of the previous models. Apparently, however, the Chinese giant does not seem willing to stop and there are rumors of the presence of a new flagship.

On the well-known benchmarking application AnTuTu an elusive one peeped out Oppo X9007 with a really interesting data sheet. We are talking first of all about a display FullHD (1920 × 1080), 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal memory (the expansion or not via microSD is to be verified). As for the processor it should be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core and associated GPU Adreno 530. As for the photographic sector we are talking about a rear sensor from 16 Megapixel and a front chamber from 4 Megapixel. To move everything there will be the new version of the ColorOS based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Generally the devices that end up in the AnTuTu lists are confirmed in reality, but it remains to be seen if the name Oppo X9007 be it only momentary or it will be the nomenclature with which it will be distributed on the market. Many think it may be the infamous Oppo Find 9successor of the Find 7a. However, previous rumors had assumed that the Find 9 was supposed to come with a QHD (2560 × 1440) display and 6GB of RAMso this discrepancy of characteristics may want to indicate theOppo X9007 as an improved variant of the Find 7a.

Obviously these are just assumptions that “leave the time they find” but it is nevertheless interesting to see how active the Chinese company is to conquer as many market segments as possible with valid smartphones with a good quality / price ratio. A launch date has not yet been set but it is credible to think of a window between June and August 2016.

To find out, all we have to do is wait and see if the rumors will be confirmed or not. In the meantime, please let us know your views onOppo X9007 with a comment below.
