Information before playing God of war in order?
Before playing God of War in order, it is important to understand that this game is considered to be very difficult. As such, it is important that you have at least a basic understanding of the controls and game mechanics before starting. In this guide, we will walk you through each of the basic steps necessary to play God of war in order. However, before beginning, please note that there are many more specific steps that you will need to take in order to complete the game successfully.
First and foremost, you will need a PlayStation 4 console and a copy of God of War (2018). Additionally, you will need an adequate Internet connection in order to download updates and play with others online. Finally, if you plan on attempting any of the additional challenges or trophies offered by the PS4 trophy system, you will need certain additional items including a second PS4 console and copies of other games such as Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End or Horizon Zero Dawn. Be sure to check the trophy requirements for each challenge before attempting them.
Now that we have covered the basics, let’s move on to some more specific instructions. First, make sure that your PS4 console is set up correctly. This should include a connection to your home network, a valid PSN account and updated system software. Next, let’s clarify what is considered an “official” PS4 game. The game should be one that is sold in digital format from the PlayStation Store, such as Kill zone: Shadow Fall; one where you have used either a Platinum PSN code or purchased it on disc from other authorized retailers including Target; or one that has been included as part of the recent PS Plus Instant Game Collection.
If any of these conditions are not met, your game will be grayed out for no other purpose than to warn you by showing the word “Not blue,” with the exception of trophy awards which call for a copy of the game itself. In addition to CC trophies, there are four normal PS4 trophies in the game: gold DigiBuster, silver Armored Core series veteran, red Virtuous Mission and orange Alpha Reborn Anniversary. One thing to bear in mind is that you will not be able to get trophy-related achievements for reruns of kill zone Shadow Fall; a “CC Edition” of KSF was released in early 2013, but those gamers who played through the game then could not reap the benefits they missed out on. It’s important to note those individual trophies which depend on the previous version of kill zone: Shadow Fall should all be done with that copy too.
For these gamers there are no prerequisites to get them; however, if you have yet to do so, we advise that you begin your play through with a new installation. If you decide to do so and are looking for some additional online ammunition, you might be interested in our Leaderboards Thread, as gamers have already gotten themselves up to 200,000 points (each).
Why is it faster to play God of war in order?
Playing God of War in order speeds up the game considerably, partly because you don’t need to find all the collectibles or win all the mini challenges. But there’s also a more fundamental reason: the order in which you play the game sections imposes a structure on the game that helps you beat it faster.
By playing Sotiris, then Kratos and finally Athena first, for example, you can skip straight to the Armadillo Boss fight and avoid having to go through Kratos’ angry betrayal sequence. Similarly, by skipping over Ares entirely and Starting with The Eurydice Orphanage mission you can speed things up by 50%.
In general, playing missions in order will give you a big advantage over players who choose to play them randomly. There are occasional speed-ups to be had by skipping a boss too – for example, if you can survive his Combo Attack without taking any damage then he’ll not appear again in that particular level – but doing so is far from guaranteed and should only be attempted if your other options have been exhausted.
Beat the game on a first date
If you want to dominate the God of War play through guide scene, and really make a good first impression with your GameStop date, there’s one thing you need to do: Beat the game on a first date. Ready? Geared up? Let’s do this!
Fortunately for you, playing God of War like a boss is a cinch. To pull it off, all you need is plenty of resources – which luckily, you’ll have plenty of by the end of this guide. Use these tools wisely, and before long you’ll be slaying giants as if they were small children in school. So read on and learn everything there is to know about beating God of War on your first date!
First things, make sure you have enough health and stamina. These are essential in order to survive otherwise tricky fights against increasingly difficult foes. Don’t worry too much about the positions of enemies at this early stage though; priorities killing them before they kill you. Once both your health and stamina are topped off, it’s time to move onto gear. Equip yourself with the best weapons and armor that you can find – after all, silver feels good. Attack the enemy a bunch of times with your weak sword by pressing the primary attack button (B) and wait for your adrenaline bar to fill.
When it gets above or below three hearts, you’ll be able to execute a “rage attack” by pressing the primary attack button once again. You may need to learn how to respond properly to a slightly bigger enemy, but eventually your awesome anger will slice off their heads and in fact you can use this to kill pretty much anything that wants to kill you – bracelets in tow, probably!
As you level up, your opponents will start increasing in difficulty over time: burning enemies’ night simply stretch their arms out like puppet-masters controlling evil dolls, while bellowing fire a monsters grow larger and fierier. Any foes that are of one classification are good, other foes should be murdered with prejudice. The zombies you’ll see moving about will continue to devour you and two regular waves of them can kill off a life if you don’t learn how to deal with them in time. Not just plain creatures, both the puppet-masters and fire ants come in three different varieties: male and female, brood mites and queen ants.
The first few times you reload the saved game it could seem frustrating; however since regular enemies just ask for mercy through some basic skills you learned and not having to worry about food or water means that the game is fast-paced which keeps fires quite a bit lower in the game since doing so means that you are obviously feeding them and therefore networking as a distraction.
How do I unlock all the opponents?
In order to unlock all the opponents in God of War, you’ll first need to complete the game’s main Challenges. After you’ve completed these Challenges, head back to the Colosseum and talk to Diti. She will offer to refill your health and give you a Token of Friendship. Once you have the Token of Friendship, head back over to the Colosseum and talk to Kratos again. He will offer to refill your health and give you a Ticket of Friendship. Now that you have both Tokens of Friendship and Tickets of Friendship, return to Diti at the Colosseum and she will let you play as any of the game’s opponents for free!
